Service
Clipper Creator provides software tools for creator workflows, including trend scouting, candidate scoring, clip preparation, captions, workspace settings, and publishing preparation. Features and limits depend on the active membership plan.
Memberships And Billing
Memberships are subscription based and billed through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and billing cycle until the subscription is canceled. Plan changes, renewals, failed payments, and billing management are handled through Stripe and the Clipper Creator billing tools.
Locked Niches
Each paid workspace is configured around the niche selection made before checkout. Locked niches are part of the membership terms because the workspace, limits, brand guidance, scoring context, and setup are tied to that selection. Niche changes are not automatic and may require a new workspace, approved migration, or eligible upgrade path.
User Accounts And API Keys
Users are responsible for the accounts, API keys, social profiles, assets, and platform permissions they connect. Clipper Creator does not own those third-party accounts and cannot guarantee access if a third-party platform changes rules, limits, pricing, permissions, or availability.
Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing. Users must have the rights, licenses, permissions, disclosures, and approvals needed for the content they create, edit, upload, download, or publish through Clipper Creator.
Acceptable Use
Clipper Creator may not be used to create or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious, unsafe, harassing, hateful, or misleading content. Users may not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another workspace, scrape private data, abuse third-party APIs, or interfere with the service.
No Guaranteed Results
Clipper Creator does not guarantee views, followers, revenue, monetization approval, viral performance, platform approval, search ranking, account growth, brand deals, or any specific business outcome.
Availability And Changes
The service may change over time. Features may be added, removed, limited, or adjusted for reliability, security, compliance, third-party platform changes, or product direction. We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Cancellation And Refunds
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through billing tools. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and may depend on timing, usage, duplicate charges, and account status.
