Refund And Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support@clippercreator.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the billing portal.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins. If there is a duplicate charge, accidental same-day purchase, or billing error, contact support within 7 days so we can review it.

Yearly Plans

Yearly plans include a discounted annual commitment. Refund requests for yearly plans are reviewed case by case, especially when requested shortly after purchase and before meaningful usage. After active use, refunds may be partial or unavailable.

Upgrades

Plan upgrades may create prorated charges through Stripe. The upgraded workspace limits unlock only after Stripe accepts the paid upgrade. Upgrade charges are generally treated as subscription charges under this policy.

No Performance Refunds

Refunds are not provided because a video, channel, niche, social account, post, or campaign did not reach a desired number of views, followers, revenue, approvals, or business results.

Third-Party Costs

Clipper Creator is not responsible for third-party API, platform, storage, usage, ad, payment, or provider charges incurred outside the Clipper Creator subscription.

How To Request Help

Email support@clippercreator.com with the account email, workspace ID if available, charge date, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the account and billing record.
